JEFFREY M. RESNICK is a partner with the firm of Vogt | Resnick | Sherak.

Mr. Resnick practices in the areas of business, intellectual property, real estate and estate planning. Mr. Resnick helps clients navigate their way through a variety of legal issues that affect their business, person or estate. He works closely with clients to explore all possible solutions to their legal concerns, as well as structure their businesses and transactions to maximize profit and minimize risk.

Mr. Resnick is a member of the California State Bar. Additionally, he is licensed to practice before the United States District Court. Mr. Resnick is the Chair of the Business and Corporate Law Section of Orange County Bar Association. as well as the Chair of the Commerical Dispute Practice Group for LEInternational. He is also an active member of Provisors and part of the Executive Committee for the JWA Group.

Mr. Resnick received his Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude from Whittier College School of Law. He was an Articles Editor and the Solicitations Editor for The Whittier Law Review, and member of the Moot Court Honors Board. He also published a law review article in The Whittier Law Review. Mr. Resnick received his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
