DAVID A. SHERAK devotes his time in assisting families and corporate fiduciaries in all aspects of estate planning, probate, trust and conservatorship law, including probate and trust litigation. Mr. Sherak also counsels businesses through a wide range of transactional issues, including partnership and corporate formation, mergers, dissolution and taxation.

MR. SHERAK IS A MEMBER of the California State Bar and is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Sherak participates in the Trust and Estates Section of the Orange County Bar Association and California State Bar. Additionally, he is licensed to practice before all of the United States District Courts in California and the United States Tax Court.

MR. SHERAK’S COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT includes membership in the Orange County Bar Association and South Orange County Estate Planning Council. Mr. Sherak volunteers his time to be a regular speaker and advisor on topics such as planned giving, estate planning, special needs, business, tax and mergers & acquisitions for organizations such as Special Needs Planning Symposium, DSFOC, Chapman University, Olive Crest, CalCPA, and banking institutions. Mr. Sherak previously taught at Cal State Fullerton’s Professional Fiduciary program.

MR. SHERAK RECEIVED HIS JURIS DOCTOR DEGREE from Chapman University School of Law, where he served on the Honors Appellate Moot Court Board, received academic distinction in taxation of business organizations, and completed their Tax Emphasis program concurrent with his law degree. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Diego State University, California.
