CHERI GREEN is an attorney with the law firm of Vogt | Resnick | Sherak.
Ms. Green is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Green’s practice is focused on estate planning, trust, and probate administration, in which she represents clients in a range of capacities including as trustees and executors, including individual and professional fiduciaries, and corporate trustees. Her practice draws on more than a decade of estate planning, probate and trust, including special needs trusts, administration experience. Ms. Green uses her extensive knowledge to work closely with her clients to develop individualized estate plans and uses a compassionate approach to guide her clients through the probate and trust administration processes.
Ms. Green is a member of the California State Bar, in the Trust & Estates section. Ms. Green was the 2014-2015 chair and 2015-2016 co-chair of the Riverside County Bar Association Estate Planning, Probate & Elder Law Section. Ms. Green also served on the Board of Directors for the University of California Riverside Gift Planning Advisory Board, Riverside Estate Planning Council and Inland Empire Estate Planning Seminar, Inc.
Ms. Green obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School, with a concentration in Business Law, where she was a member of the Dean’s list, received two CALI Awards (Estate Planning and Evidence), and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Green received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Political Science from California State University Fullerton.
