Ann O’Hara

ANN O’HARA is an attorney with the law firm of Vogt | Resnick | Sherak.
Ms. O’Hara represents clients in the areas of trust and estate administration, estate planning, conservatorships, and elder law. She began her career in the Bay Area, specializing in representing private professional fiduciaries in court-supervised cases.
Ms. O’Hara is a member of the California State Bar. Prior to relocating to Southern California in 2016, Ms. O’Hara served as President of the East Bay Trusts & Estates Lawyers (EBTEL) and was a board member of Legal Assistance for Seniors, the East Bay’s largest non-profit organization providing services to elders and dependent adults. Currently, Ms. O’Hara is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Estate Planning and Trust Council of Long Beach, where she resides.
Ms. O’Hara obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and Political Science from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.
