VRS Closes M&A Transaction for a Broker-Dealer Firm
Vogt, Resnick & Sherak, LLP (“VRS”) recently represented a Broker-Dealer Firm in an M&A transaction. The purpose of the M&A transaction was to bring a new partner into the firm. This new partner will assist the firm in attracting new clientele, expanding the firm’s book of business and allowing the firm to expand into new markets.
The M&A transaction required extensive negotiations and contract review, compliance issues, due diligence, and coordination with other legal, tax and business advisors. The VRS team was led by managing partner Jeff Resnick. Associate attorney Jeannie Kang also assisted with the transaction.
