VRS Closes Asset Purchase Transaction for a Real Estate Consulting Company
Vogt, Resnick & Sherak, LLP (“VRS”) recently represented a nationally recognized real estate consulting company in an asset purchase transaction. VRS represented the seller in this transaction. The transaction included the sale of assets, the sale of personal goodwill, an employment agreement and related transaction documents.
The transaction required extensive negotiations and contract review, guidance on compliance issues, and extensive due diligence and coordination with other legal, tax, valuation, and business advisors. The VRS transaction team was led by Partner Jeff Resnick.
