VRS Closes Transaction for Sale for Pediatric Practice
VRS recently closed a sale transaction for its client, who sold its thriving pediatrics practice located in Orange County, which has provided its patients with the highest standard of care for over twenty years. The buyer is a growing pediatrics medical group with offices across California.
This sale transaction required extensive due diligence, contract review, coordination with tax and business advisors, as well as, identifying and resolving issues that are unique to the sale of medical practices. The buyer is an experienced and sophisticated acquirer of medical practices. VRS worked diligently with its client and its tax advisors to negotiate and structure the transaction on favorable terms.
