VRS Closes Transaction for Sale of Adhesive Materials Distributor
Vogt, Resnick & Sherak, LLP (“VRS”) recently closed an equity purchase transaction for a client who owns an adhesive materials distribution company. The client’s company is an industry leader in a niche adhesive materials market for technical and high-performance industries. The Buyer is a national company in the same industry.
VRS worked closely with its client to resolve numerous issues to close this complex transaction. This transaction required extensive due diligence, negotiations and contract review, as well as close coordination with the client’s tax and business advisors.
