VRS Closes Asset Purchase Transaction for a Beverage Company
Vogt, Resnick & Sherak, LLP (“VRS”) recently represented a leading specialty beverage company in an asset purchase transaction in which our client agreed to purchase the assets of another beverage company. The successful purchase of the assets allows our client to expand its customer list and product lines.
The transaction required extensive negotiations and contract review, guidance on compliance issues, adherence to bulk sale laws, and extensive due diligence and coordination with other legal, tax and business advisors. The VRS team was led by partner Jeff Resnick. Associate attorney Jeannie Kang also assisted with the transaction.
