Ms. Kang provides legal counseling to a broad array of privately-held businesses and has spent her career assisting clients in their day-to-day legal needs to provide legal guidance with a pragmatic business approach.

Ms. Kang is a member of the State Bar of California. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern Law School and her Master in Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management, both located in Los Angeles, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
